Are you interested in spending a winter in the Caribbean, teaching kitesurfing and wing-foiling at our small but vibrant watersports center at The Reef Kite + Surf? Between lessons you’ll have ample opportunity for personal riding in warm seas with steady cross-shore winds and lots of space on the water.
Over the past 25 years, we have employed great kitesurfing instructors from all corners of the earth. We offer a solid employment package, with a guaranteed basic monthly salary, commission on all the lessons you give, free accommodation, a mountain bike to get you around town, and we obtain relevant a work permits.
Our center is open from early December to the end of April. If you are serious about your work and easy to be around, then maybe The Reef Kite + Surf may just be YOUR office this winter.
